Terms of Service

GoalClash is an independent fan application for match predictions, leaderboards, and social competition covering International & Club Matches. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any tournament organizer or rights holder.

Team names, schedules, and venues are used for fan prediction purposes only. GoalClash does not provide official results, broadcasting, or ticket sales.

You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country and the minimum age required by your app store. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@goalclash.app.

GoalClash is free to play. Points, rankings, and bonuses are for entertainment and competition among fans only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or goods unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

Predictions must be submitted before the relevant match begins unless a feature clearly states otherwise. We may adjust scoring rules, fix errors, or reset leaderboards to maintain fair play.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, spoof location for stadium check-in, or abuse referral or scoring systems
• Harass other users or post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our services
• Imply that you represent GoalClash, a tournament organizer, or any rights holder

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the service.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free scoring, or that data (including match times) will always be accurate.

Stadium check-in depends on device location, venue configuration, and network conditions. Check-in may not be available at every venue or for every user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoalClash and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero, as the App is free).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the App, you also agree to that policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
